I’ve kept a mostly academic weblog since June 2003, first at vitia.org and
later here. Twenty-odd years of thinking in public: teaching and rhetoric,
economics and technology, a run of writing from Afghanistan in 2011 that won
Kairos’s John Lovas Memorial
Award, a long
habit of Friday fiction, and the comment threads that engaged and extended the
discussion.
It isn’t here yet. The archive is moving out of WordPress into the same static
form as the rest of this site, and it crosses whole – published posts,
drafts, comments, and the pingback network that tied it to other weblogs. That
last part is the slow bit.
Until then, most of it is readable at the Internet
Archive. Back soon – yes,
